At face value, IG: @cozycatskillchalet appears to be just a humble little getaway tucked in the Catskill Mountains of Windham, NY. But even the most discerning guests will be quickly spirited away by the rustic charm and postcard-esque surroundings all around. At night, can't be-beat stargazing on the back deck (or while soaking in the hot tub) will have you convinced this humble hideaway is a lot more illustrious than it lets on.
Built in 1972, @cozycatskillchalet is a well appointed European style Chalet situated on 2 private acres of Pleasant View Manor with bucolic mountain views. It is located in the cozy, picturesque ski town of Windham, NY "Gem of the Catskills" in the Catskill Mountains.
The Chalet is located approximately 2.5hrs from NYC by car and is the perfect place to: escape the city, rekindle a romance, ski/ride Hunter/Windham mountains, hike, fish and so much more!
The Chalet sleeps 6 people and comes with a 6 person Bullfrog Hot Tub facing the mountain.

The Property - Pleasant View Manor
Enjoy 2 private acres to yourself surrounded by the privacy of pine trees while facing the bucolic views of Windham Mountain in the Catskill Mountains.
Exterior Amenities
At night time, relax and star gaze from the deck or the hot tub. Maybe snuggle up around our cool Preway Chiminea (outdoor fireplace) and make some s'mores. During the day time, BBQ with our state of the art 5 burner stainless steel grill while taking in the mountain views. The Chalet comes equipped with a: functioning, professionally maintained 6 person BullFrog Hot Tub, an outdoor Preway Chiminea, an outdoor dining table with fire pit, 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor speaker system (bluetooth), string lights over the deck and a fiveburner stainless steel BBQ grill. Propane for the grill and complimentary firewood are included with your stay.
Interior
The interior of the Chalet is rustic and evokes the countryside with beautiful wood paneling, exposed wood ceilings and beams. It is well appointed with the amenities that you need to unwind and relax. Hi-speed cable internet WIFI is included with your stay.
Living Room
Comes with an indoor fireplace with large screen TV (42" in wide) above it. The TV comes equipped with Apple TV 4 and complimentary Netflix.
Game Nook
A corner of the Living Room comes equipped with a full size foosball table, dartboard and record player (can play vinyls, CDs, cassettes and music over Bluetooth).
Kitchen
Comes equipped with seating for 6 people over a rustic dining set (with add'l leaf to expand the table). Cook away with state of the art stainless steel appliances from General Electric - full size oven/electric range, full size microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer. Pots and pans, silverware, dining set and glasses are included.
Master Bedroom
Master Bedroom (Wanderer) - Comes appointed with a full size queen bed and professionally cleaned comforter and linens. Ensuite private balcony faces Windham Mountain with bucolic mountain views.
Junior Bedroom
Junior Bedroom (Wildcat) - Comes appointed with a full size queen bed and professionally cleaned comforter and linens.
Bathroom
Full size bathroom with tub, shower and sink. Comes with professionally cleaned towels.
